Singapore, 29 May 2025 – AlphaInvest Holdings Pte. Ltd. (“AlphaInvest”), a leading regional financial services, media, and technology company, through its platforms ShareInvestor and InvestingNote, successfully hosted the 11th REITs Symposium (“REITs Symposium 2025”) on Saturday, 24 May 2025, from 9am to 6pm at Suntec City Convention Centre. The event attracted over 1,200 attendees and featured participation from 22 REITs, supported by major sponsors CSOP, FSMOne, MooMoo, and Nikko Asset Management.

Celebrating over a decade of building investor confidence in REITs, the REITs Symposium 2025 reinforced Singapore’s position as a premier hub for REIT investments in Asia. This milestone event was co-organised with the REIT Association of Singapore (REITA) and supported by the Singapore Exchange (SGX) and the Securities Investors Association Singapore (SIAS), showcasing the industry’s strong collaborative spirit.

A standout highlight was the launch of ShareInvestor’s REITs Metrics data platform and screener. This cutting-edge tool allows investors to find various portfolio occupancy, debt profile statistics, consensus estimates, and more, all consolidated on one user-friendly platform to support informed decisions when investing in REITs. The platform equips investors with greater transparency and actionable insights to make informed investment decisions in Singapore’s REIT market.

The Symposium also unveiled the 'REITs on the Move'' initiative, a 10-part series organised by SIAS and supported by REITAS, SAS, and SGX with AlphaInvest as its official Media Partner. This programme offers retail investors exclusive guided tours of REIT properties, led by Research Analysts, Trading Representatives, and REIT Managers, delivering valuable on-the-ground perspectives to enhance investor engagement.
